European Union, EEA and United Kingdom — sales territory

We do not currently offer our products for sale to consumers located in the European Union, the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) or the United Kingdom. Orders cannot be placed for delivery to those destinations.

Under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988) a consumer product placed on the EU market must have an economic operator established in the European Union. Because we have not appointed such a person, we do not supply consumer orders to EU or EEA destinations. The same applies to the United Kingdom, which requires a UK-based responsible person.

EU responsible person: Not appointed — our products are not made available on the EU market.

UK responsible person: Not appointed — our products are not made available on the UK market.

If this changes, this page will be updated with the responsible person's name, address and contact details before any consumer orders are accepted for those destinations.

Business and wholesale enquiries. If you are a business importing into the EU, EEA or the UK on your own account, you act as importer and carry your own conformity obligations. Contact us before ordering if you need product documentation for that purpose.

EU representative for data protection (GDPR Art. 27)

Representative: Not appointed. We do not offer goods or services to individuals in the European Union, so we do not consider that Article 27 of the GDPR applies to us. If you are in the EU and contact us anyway, we use your details only to answer your enquiry, we do not use them for marketing, and we handle any request you make — access, correction, deletion or objection — to the same standard we apply to everyone else. Write to trinityapc@outlook.com.

Manufacturer information

Our display and signage products are manufactured for TrinityAPC by partner factories in China. The manufacturer name and contact details for a specific product are available on request.

Product safety and conformity

Our range consists of non-electrical display hardware (banner stands, flag poles and bases, promotion counters, signs, easels, brochure racks, whiteboards and cork boards) together with textile and silicone accessories. Where a product is subject to specific EU or US conformity or labelling requirements, we will supply the relevant documentation on request. If you believe a product you received is unsafe or non-compliant, stop using it and contact us immediately; we will investigate and, where the law requires it, notify the competent authority.

Liability for content and links

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but product specifications, prices and availability may change without notice. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.

Intellectual property

Product photographs, texts and graphics on this website are owned by us or used with permission. Reproduction or commercial reuse without our written consent is not permitted.

Consumer dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any complaint directly and quickly, so please contact us first. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom and we cannot settle the matter together, you may contact your national consumer protection authority or the European Consumer Centre in your country. This does not affect your right to take legal action.
