Ordering

Are products in stock?
We produce to order. Production starts once your order is confirmed and is normally completed and shipped within one week. This way you always receive freshly made stock.

Can I order a single piece?
Yes. Most items can be ordered individually, and several are packed in cartons of multiple pieces. Wholesale quantities are welcome — ask us for a bulk price.

Do you accept custom sizes or custom printing?
Many of our display stands can be produced in different sizes, and graphics such as banners and flags can be printed to your artwork. Send us your requirements and we will confirm what is possible and quote accordingly.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Production takes about one week. Transit time depends on your destination and the shipping method; we confirm the estimated window before shipping. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Do you offer international shipping?
We ship internationally to supported destinations. Some regions are excluded; check our Shipping Policy and confirm availability for your destination before ordering. For bulk orders, ask about sea or air freight options.

Who pays customs duties?
Import duties and taxes set by your local customs office are the responsibility of the recipient.

What if something arrives damaged or missing?
Contact us with your order number and photos within a few days of delivery and we will sort it out. Every order is backed by our after-sales support.
