Shipping & Delivery
Production Time
We produce to order. Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed, and it is normally completed and shipped within one week. Because your items are made for you, you receive brand-new stock rather than goods that have been sitting in a warehouse.
Shipping
- Dispatch: orders leave the factory within one week of confirmation.
- Tracking: we send you tracking details once your parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Transit time: delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method you choose. We will confirm the estimated delivery window with you before shipping.
- Bulk orders: larger wholesale orders are usually more economical to send by sea or air freight. Contact us and we will quote both options.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees once they reach your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you need commercial invoice details or specific paperwork for clearance, tell us when you order.
Notes
- Please check that your shipping address and phone number are complete — carriers need a reachable phone number for delivery.
- If your order is time sensitive for an event or exhibition, message us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can meet your date.
