Terms of service

Last updated: 1 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of trinityapc.com and any contract for goods you buy from TrinityAPC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

Nothing in these terms reduces any right you have as a consumer under the law.

2. About us

TrinityAPC
Qingshuwan Village, Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone,
Suzhou, Jiangsu 215299, China
Email: trinityapc@outlook.com · Phone / WhatsApp / WeChat: +86 181 0387 9671

Write to us at any of the details above and we will answer directly — there is no call centre and no ticket queue in between.

3. Where we sell

We accept consumer orders for delivery to the United States and to most other destinations, but not to the European Union, the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) or the United Kingdom. Those destinations are not available at checkout. If you are a business importing into one of them on your own account, contact us and we can quote on a wholesale basis with you acting as importer of record.

4. Who may order

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. We sell to consumers and to businesses; if you order as a business, please give us your company details and any VAT or tax number needed for invoicing.

5. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation, or, where payment is taken at checkout, when we accept and confirm your order. If an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, we may decline or cancel the order and will refund anything you have paid.

6. Products and made-to-order production

We produce to order. Production starts once your order is confirmed and goods normally ship within one week. Because items are made for you, small variations in colour, size or finish compared with photographs or earlier batches are possible and are not defects.

Product descriptions, dimensions and carton quantities are given as accurately as possible, but specifications may change without notice. If a specification matters to your order, confirm it with us in writing before buying.

7. Prices, currency, taxes and duties

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude import duties, VAT or GST, and customs fees, which are payable by the recipient (see our Shipping Policy). We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

8. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout using the methods offered on the site. We do not store your card details — payments are processed by our payment providers. If a payment is later reversed or charged back without a valid reason, we may suspend or cancel the order and recover our costs.

9. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or government action such as changes to customs or import rules. If we fail to deliver within 30 days of the contract, or within any longer period agreed in writing, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

10. Risk and ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier, unless the law of your country provides that risk passes only when you receive the goods — for consumers in the European Union, risk passes when you, or a carrier you chose independently of us, take physical possession of the goods. Ownership passes when the goods have been paid for in full.

11. Artwork and content you supply

If you supply artwork, logos or other material for printing, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. You are responsible for checking proofs and for spelling, colours and layout. You agree to cover any loss we suffer because material you supplied was unlawful or infringed someone’s rights.

12. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, photographs, product designs and graphics — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy it or reuse it commercially without our written permission. Product designs and tooling remain ours.

13. Our liability

We are liable for loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or by our negligence, subject to the following:

  • We are not liable for loss that is not a foreseeable result of our breach, nor for loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it.
  • Our goods are intended for the display and other uses described on the product pages. We are not liable for damage caused by use beyond those purposes, incorrect installation, overloading, exposure to weather beyond the product’s stated suitability, or modifications you make.
  • Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any statutory right you have as a consumer, including your rights under the EU legal guarantee of conformity or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Events beyond our control

Neither party is liable for failing to perform because of an event beyond its reasonable control, for example natural disaster, epidemic, war, strike, transport disruption, or government action including changes to customs or import rules. If such an event continues for more than 60 days, either party may cancel the affected order and we will refund amounts paid for goods not delivered.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint quickly. Consumers in the EU may also contact their national consumer protection authority or the European Consumer Centre in their country. Any dispute not resolved by agreement, and not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, shall be submitted to the competent court in Suzhou, China.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it; the “last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
