Shipping policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Production before dispatch
Every order is made to order. Production starts once your order is confirmed and is normally completed and handed to the carrier within one week. Please allow production time on top of transit time when planning for an event.
2. Shipping methods
- Small and medium orders — international express or air freight, door to door, with tracking.
- Bulk and wholesale orders — sea freight (less than container load or a full container) or air freight, quoted on request. Larger orders are usually far more economical by sea.
We confirm the shipping method and the estimated transit window with you before dispatch, and send tracking details once the goods are handed over.
3. Transit times
Transit time depends on the destination and the method chosen. As a general guide after dispatch: express delivery typically takes several business days to major destinations in North America and Asia, while economy air and sea freight can take several weeks. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If your delivery is time-critical, tell us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can meet your date and quote any expedited options.
4. Destinations we do not ship to
We do not currently accept consumer orders for delivery to the European Union, the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) or the United Kingdom. These destinations are not available at checkout. This is a compliance decision under the EU General Product Safety Regulation and the UK product safety rules, which require a responsible person established in those markets; see our Legal Notice.
If you are a business customer importing on your own account, contact us — we can quote on a wholesale basis with you acting as importer.
5. Customs, duties and import taxes
We ship on a delivered duty unpaid (DDU) basis unless we agree otherwise in writing. This means:
- Import duties, VAT or GST, and customs clearance fees are set by the authorities in your country and are payable by the recipient.
- European Union: we do not currently ship consumer orders to the EU or EEA. On wholesale shipments where you import on your own account, import VAT is charged on arrival and is payable by the importer of record.
- United States: duty-free de minimis treatment for low-value parcels has been suspended, so most imports are assessed duty and fees by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The amounts are set at clearance, not by us.
- We provide a commercial invoice and any other paperwork needed for clearance. Tell us when you order if you need specific documents, for example HS codes, a declared value for insurance, or certificates of origin.
6. Address accuracy
Please check that your shipping address, postcode and phone number are complete and correct — carriers need a reachable phone number to arrange delivery. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
7. Risk and ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier, except where the law of your country provides otherwise: for consumers in the European Union, risk passes when you, or a carrier you chose independently of us, take physical possession of the goods. Ownership passes when the goods have been paid for in full.
8. Undeliverable or refused parcels
If a parcel comes back to us because delivery was refused, the address was wrong, or duties were not paid, we can reship it once the additional shipping cost is covered. If you would rather not reship, we can refund the goods minus the shipping costs already incurred, custom-made goods excluded.
9. Partial shipments
Larger orders may be shipped in more than one parcel or container. We will tell you when this is the case and provide tracking for each shipment.
10. Damaged in transit
Check your parcel on arrival. If it is visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and contact us within 7 days — see our Refund Policy.
